What if abuse doesn't look like abuse?
What if the person who says they love you is slowly taking away your confidence, your independence, and your sense of who you are?
Domestic violence isn’t always physical. Sometimes, it begins with subtle manipulation, growing control, and small changes that are difficult to recognize until they have taken a serious toll. You may feel that something is wrong without being able to explain exactly what it is.
I will share perspectives on recognizing coercive control, understanding why leaving can be so difficult, and finding the strength to move forward even when it feels like there is no way out.
This is an opportunity to learn, reflect, and gain a deeper understanding of an issue that often remains hidden behind closed doors.
